helpIs there a service charge?

The service fee is charged in a transaction format, where the system uses points to charge the service fee when chatting with the bot (1 message / 5 points). We have many packages and promotions that allow you to choose to top up points in order to suit your usage.

helpDelivery of receipt?

The company will issue a receipt/tax invoice in electronic file format (PDF File) and will send it to the customer via email. If the customer wants us to issue a receipt/tax invoice in hard copy and send it via post, the customer must contact the admin within 14 days after ordering. The document delivery fee is 30.00 baht (including VAT).

Note: We will waive the document delivery fee in the following cases

  • In the case where the service fee payment is 1,000 baht or more.
  • In the event that the customer is required to provide us with a withholding tax certificate.

  • If you pay with a credit card, the system will automatically renew your subscription based on the billing cycle.

helpCan I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime.
  • Go to Payment Center > Payment Management > Current Plans > Cancel Renew.
  • The system will not charge you in the next billing cycle, but any remaining points can still be used until they expire.
