helpDelivery of receipt?
The company will issue a receipt/tax invoice in electronic file format (PDF File) and will send it to the customer via email. If the customer wants us to issue a receipt/tax invoice in hard copy and send it via post, the customer must contact the admin within 14 days after ordering. The document delivery fee is 30.00 baht (including VAT).
Note: We will waive the document delivery fee in the following cases
- In the case where the service fee payment is 1,000 baht or more.
- In the event that the customer is required to provide us with a withholding tax certificate.
